A structured 4-week youth performance camp built around speed, strength, agility, and confidence — led by Coach Marko Sanchez, CSCS. Three age tiers, small groups, real coaching, measurable progress.
Every session targets the same five athletic qualities, scaled to age and ability. Each pillar gets baseline-tested at the start of camp and re-tested at the end so progress is concrete — not a feeling, a number.
Linear acceleration and top-end speed. The first three steps decide most plays.
Explosive output through the hips. The engine behind every jump, throw, and sprint.
Relative strength built with technique-first progressions, age-appropriate loading.
Change-of-direction, reactive cuts, and deceleration. Where injuries are won or lost.
Mobility, stability, and movement patterns. The foundation everything else stacks on.
Before any loading, every athlete moves through a standardized movement screen. We catch the things that lead to injury before they cause one — and build the program around what each athlete actually needs. Below is an example of the report parents receive.
Athletes are grouped by developmental stage so coaching meets them where they are — from coordination and movement basics up to college-prep performance work.
3x weekly across 4 weeks. Tue · Thu · Sat — every session coached on-site.
Day-1 movement screen + performance baseline. Re-tested at session close.
Written progress report covering movement screen findings and measurable gains.
Capped at 10 athletes per group so coaching stays individual, not generic.
Every athlete leaves with a written report comparing their day-one numbers to their final-day numbers across all five performance pillars. Below is an example session result for a Club-tier athlete.
Each session is a complete 4-week block — 12 sessions of training, before/after testing included. Spots are limited to 10 athletes per group. $399 per session — or save with the Summer Bundle below.
Three back-to-back blocks built as one program. Athletes who train all summer see the biggest gains — and lock in the lowest price-per-session. Continuity matters: progressions stack, movement habits set in, and the final-week numbers tell the story.
Marko leads The Studio's youth performance program with a focus on long-term athletic development. Every session is structured around technique-first coaching, age-appropriate progressions, and measurable progress — so athletes leave camp stronger, faster, and more confident than when they started.
Programming follows NSCA youth athletic development principles: build movement quality first, then add strength, then layer in speed and power. No shortcuts. No over-loading young joints.
Perfect fit. Every session is technique-first and scaled to ability. Coach Marko works with brand-new athletes and travel-team kids in the same group — programming adjusts, the standard doesn't.
No. The NSCA, AAP, and pediatric strength research are clear: properly coached resistance training is safe and beneficial for youth athletes. Technique-first programming with appropriate loads reduces injury risk — it doesn't increase it.
Yes — and we recommend it. Each session builds on the last. Best value is the Summer Bundle: all three sessions for $999 (save $198 vs. buying separately).
Athletic shoes, a water bottle, and gym clothes. We provide all equipment.
Make-ups are available within the same 4-week block, space permitting. Just let Coach Marko know in advance.
Camp prepares athletes for sport — we don't run drills for one specific sport. Speed, strength, and movement quality transfer across everything they play, and the screening + measured progress is built into the structure.
The day-one movement screen findings, baseline numbers across all five performance pillars, the program emphasis used during the session, and final-day re-test numbers showing concrete progress.
